Please email or use the contact form in the first instance to discuss the problem. With the receipt of your purchase, once we have agreed to an exchange or refund, we will ask you to return the item and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible. 


We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty and cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).
